Newcastle Greens have been growing and supplying to restaurants, cafes and private chefs since 2012. We search for rare varietals from all over the world that provide interesting textures, flavours and visual appeal.
All our produce is grown in soil, we do not use hydroponics or NFT systems. Our farm comprises of hot houses and mixed permanent raised beds with seasonal cropping and perineal plants.
We collaborate with chefs, growing leaves, flowers and vegetables to their specifications. Working close with chefs gives us great satisfaction, connection and an overall understanding of how to handle the produce we grow from seed to plate.
